Rex Property Management allows you to send messages to any contact within your database.
You're able to create messages in a few different ways including:
- The Global Create
- Select the Global Create
- Click Create Email
- Within a contact, tenancy, ownership or property record
- Select Actions within the record
- Click Create Email
- In the Messages Module
- Go to Messages from the main menu
- Select Create Email at the top right corner
Once you select Create Message you will be prompted to enter the below information:

Message Related to - optionally select a record this can be a Property, Tenancy, Contact or Ownership

Template - optionally select a Template to use

Sent From
-
Receipts - you can search for contacts and select multiple records

Subject - subject to set for your message

Message - the content of your message to send

Attachments - upload any attachments you require from your desktop
