Rex PM allows you to create and manage information and the status of a Move Out Task.
Create Move Task
You can create a Move Out Task using the below steps:

Go to TasksMoveOut/In

Select CreateMoveOut/In

Once you have created your Move Out/In Task you can begin adding all the details.
This information includes:

Description - a brief note about the task

Property - which property record this is in relation
-
Tenancy - which tenancy this is in relation to
-
Managed By - who is in charge of this task
-
Progress - current progress of the task
-
Priority - how important is this task
-
Follow-Up Date - the date you would like to be reminded of this task

Move out Date - proposed move out date
After creating you task you have the ability to add notes and any documents you require to relate to this task.
Please Note: The Lease Agreement you are creating the Move In task for must be set to Incoming or Active. For more information please refer to our Lease Agreement help article - Create & Manage a Lease Agreement
Manage Move Task
A Move Out Task can have one of three statuses, Not Started, In Progress, or Completed.
To quickly update the progress of your Task you can click the drop-down in the Progress column and select the new progress status from the drop-down.

Close Task
By changing a Task to Closed it will no longer show in the Open Task view but rather be stored in the Closed Tab.
This is intended for Tasks that require no further action.
A Task can be Marked as Closed is the following two ways:

Click Actions

Select Close from the drop-down

Click on the 3 dots on the task in the list view

Select Close from the drop-down
