Adding payment and disbursement details to a contact
Some things you may want to do upon creating a contact is adding some additional information in. It will be important to add a payment preference for any contact who will have funds sent to them.
Important: If a payment method is not set up for a contact, you will be unable to complete a disbursement to them. We recommend setting this up as soon as the contact is created.

To Add a Payment Method you can follow the below steps:
Go to DisbursementPreferences from the mini menu in the contact
Select Add New Payment Method
From the drop-down select your preferred method
Add in the details relevant to your payment method
Click Add Payment Method

Disbursement Preference
After selecting the payment method you can set up the disbursement preferences.
Go to Disbursement Preferences
Select the pencil icon in the top right corner of the section
From the drop-down select your Payment Method
Select Percentage or Dollar for your disbursement amount
Enter in the percentage of dollar amount as your split value
Click Save

Note: If the contact is part of an ownership group, you will be able to set the Ownership Disbursement Preferences when you setting up the ownership
