Create and Manage a Management Agreement – Rex Property Management

Rex PM allows you to create a record to show the agreement between the ownership and the agency.

These are great to house all of the relevant information for the owner in relation to how the agency will manage the ownership.

Create Letting Agreement

You can create a Letting Agreement using the below steps:

Go to Properties from the main left-hand menu.
Select the property you would like to create a Letting Agreement for
Click Letting Agreement from the mini menu.
Select Create Letting Agreement.
Enter in the agreement details:
- Property — which property is this letting agreement for.
- Ownership — which ownership is this for (this will pre-populate for you).
- Agreement Start Date — date your agreement begins.
- Agreement End Date — date your agreement ends (this is optional).
Click Create Letting Agreement.

Once you have created your letting agreement you may need to go in and add more detail.

You can do this by clicking the pencil icon in the top right corner of any group to make the fields editable.
