Adding Security Deposit Types

Rex PM allows you to create multiple security deposit types so that when you're working on your Tenancy Agreements you can select these from a drop-down rather than create them manually each time. 

You can create your Security Deposit Type using the below steps:

1. Go to Settings 
2. Select Security Deposits 

1. Click Create Security Deposit

   

1. Enter the deposit details:
   • Name of Bond or Deposit 
   • Ownership Rate 
   • How the Bond will be held
2. Click Create

Please note that if the Security Deposit is to be held by a deposit authority you will need to enter the Deposit Authority Contact first - Deposit Authority
