Rex PM has a few account settings which surround your agency-specific needs and set-up.
We recommend going through each of the below settings once your account is live so that it is tailored to your business.
You can access your Account Settings via Settings > Account Settings.
These settings include
- Localisation Settings - Your Timezone
- Accounting Settings - How you'd like us to show negative values
- Withheld funds Settings - when to remove task withheld funds
- Create Rent Invoices - How many days in advance would you like your tenant to be able to pay
- Rent Paid to Date - Periodic, Effective or a mis
- Arrears Paid to Date - When arrears is calculated for the day rent is due
- Rent arrears calculation - Effective or Periodic?
- Batch Receipting - How should batch receipting funds be handled?
- Default Ownership Disbursement Frequency - Save time and set this up instead of adding it to each owner manually
- Withdrawals - Enable or Disable Consolidated Payments
- Rent Payments - Enable or Disable Consolidated Payments for Ownership Statements
