Properties can have multiple appliances which you need to keep track of for warranty along with any Property Compliance.
Add Appliance
You can find Appliances on a Property Record on the left-hand mini-menu.
Within this screen, you can select Add Appliance where you can add the below details.
- Appliance Type
- Located In Room
- Make
- Model
- Serial number
- Installation Date
- Warranty Expires
- Attach Receipts and Warranties
- Attach Manuals
This will allow you to have a quick view at any appliances attached to a Property record by heading to the Appliances option on the left menu.
Manage Appliance
If you need to update the details of the appliance or remove it from the Property record, you can do so using the options button.
- Go to the Property Record
- Click the three dots at the end of the appliance record
- Select Edit or Remove Appliance
