Rex PM allows you to record and plan your Routine Inspections across all Properties.
In Settings, you're able to set a standard of how often you'd like Inspections to be created so that you can keep on top of these.
Inspection Settings
You're able to access these settings via:
- Select Settings in the main left-hand menu
- Click into Tasks
- Select Inspections from the left hand section
Here you're able to update:
- How long after the lease agreement begins you'd like the first inspection
- If you'd like to automatically schedule additional inspections after that
- What frequency you'd like those inspections to occur
- How far in advance you'd like the tasks to be created
These settings will apply to all Properties with Active Lease Agreements however you're able to manually update the tasks if this doesn't suit the Properties requirements.
