Rex PM allows you to prompt your Lease Reviews across all Properties.
In Settings, you're able to set a standard of how often you'd like Lease Reviews to be created so that you can keep on top of these.
Inspection Settings
You're able to access these settings via:
- Select Settings in the main left-hand menu
- Click into Tasks
- Select Lease Review from the left hand section
Here you're able to update:
- How long after the lease agreement begins you'd like the first lease review for periodic lease reviews
- How far in advance you'd like the tasks to be created for periodic agreements
- How far in advance you'd like the tasks to be created for fixed agreements
