There is no limit to how many users you may have in Rex PM.
Each user has their own log in to access Rex PM which can also be set up with their own User Permission Roles.
Adding a User
Adding a user is quick and easy using the below steps:
- Go to Settings > Users
- Enter the users Details
- First name
- Last Name
- Select the user Permission Role - you can find more information in out User Permission Help Article
- Tick Send Invitation to User
- Click Invite New User
This will send an email to the email entered with a link to create their log in to Rex PM.
Please note: the email may be in the user's spam or junk folder, so it is good to check before reaching out to support.
Managing Users
Resending Invitation
Sometimes a user does not accept their invitation straight away and it may expire or need to be resent to be found easily.
You can resend an invitation using the below steps:
- Go to Settings > Users
- Click into the User you'd like to re-send the invite for
- Select Resend Invitation in the top right corner
Edit Users
You may need to edit users details such as their name or email which can be done using the below steps:
- Go to Settings > Users
- Click into the User you'd like to edit
- Select the pencil icon on the Details block
- Enter the new details
- Click Save
