Rex PM allows you to store documents across records such as contacts, property ownership, tenancies and tasks.
The great thing about our document feature is one document can be linked to multiple records meaning that storage is kept low and Rex PM can be a great one source of truth.
Upload a Document
You can upload a document using the below steps:
- Go to a record you'd like to store the document
- Click on the Documents Tab
- Select Upload Documents
- Drag, Drop or Upload your document
- Under Attached To add any additional records you'd like this document available
- Click Upload Document
Please Note: Rex PM is able to store documents up to 15MB
