Rex PM allows you to group properties into portfolios so that you can ensure there is record of who is managing what aspect of what property. 

Create a Portfolio

You can create a portfolio using the below steps:

1. Click on Settings Portfolios from the main left-hand menu

2. Click on Create portfolio

3. Enter a Portfolio name then search and select a user to be the primary portfolio manager

4. Click on Create
