Portfolios can be managed by more than one user and each has their own role for the portfolio. Rex PM supports this model and this help article will guide you through the settings to ensure this is set to your needs.
Managing Roles
Once you've navigated to the Portfolio via Settings > Portfolios and select the Portfolio you'll see the portfolio members.
Add Members
Here you can add members:
- Select Add Member
- Search and Select the User and their Role
- Click Add
Task Assignment
Portfolios enable users to set which users should be assigned particular tasks for each portfolio.
Please note: the user must be a member of the portfolio to be selected within the task assignment.
To edit:
- Select the pencil icon in the right corner
- Click on the task type you'd like to edit
- Select the user or 'do not automatically assign' from the drop-down
- Click Save
Add Properties
Properties can be added to a portfolio using the below steps:
- Go to Settings > Portfolios
- Click on the Portfolio you'd like to add Properties to
- Select Add Properties
- Search the Property Address(s)
- Select the Property from the drop-down
- Click Add Properties
