Inspection Areas allow you to have pre-set areas to include in your Entry and Exit Inspection Reports.
They can be set up using the steps in our help article -
Once these Inspection Areas are added to the Property they will be used to format your Entry and Exit Reports.
Using Inspection Areas
Inspection Areas can be added to Properties by default if the Area is selected to be added to all Properties. This can be managed from Inspection Area Settings -
To add any Inspection Area to a Property if not added via default:
1. Go to the Property you'd like to update Inspection Areas
2. Click on Inspection areas
3. Click on Add area
4. Click on General
5. Type "Theater"
6. Click on Add new area…
7. Click on Add area
