It is essential to be able to gather important, editable reports to monitor business growth and performance over a period of time.
With Rex PM table reports, you can easily project future results, drive business improvements and make better business decisions based on your data.
There are six key reporting Categories within Rex PM's table reports:
Financial Reports: Invoices Awaiting Payment, Trust Journal Entries
Tenancy Reports: Lease agreements, Lease Expiry, Tenancies
Ownership Reports: Ownerships, Ownership Payment Details, Management Agreements
Property Reports: Property compliance, Properties, Key Sets by Property
Task Reports: Todos, Inspections, Maintenance Jobs, Arrears Jobs
Other Reports: Contacts, Users
1. Navigate to the Reporting Menu
2. Select Table reports
3. Click on the report you would like to run
4. To export the report, simply click on Export Excel or Export CSV, otherwise you can view the report digitally from this screen
5. You can also filter the report
6. Click on Add Filter
7. Click on the search bar to view the filtering options
8. Select the filter you would like to use, for this example I want to see all Lease agreements updated on a particular date
9. Add the filter details, in this example I want to see all lease agreements that were updated on a certain day
10. Once you are happy with the filter details, click on Apply Filter
11. To return to the list of reports, click on Table reports
