Managing and logging maintenance issues has never been easier with our Inspection App.
While editing your inspection report, scroll down to the bottom of the page to view the Tasks block.
To add a task:
1. Press the Blue + Add Task button
2. The task type can be updated by clicking into 'Maintenance', here you can select the task type: either 'To Do' or 'Maintenance'
3. Add in the task details (toggle on the 'related to appliance' button if applicable)
4. Click into the camera item to add in pictures of the issue
5. Add in the assignment & due date
6. Once complete, press save at the top right corner of the screen
7. To add multiple tasks, click the More Options button at the top of the report and select Add Task
