We’re excited to introduce our Bulk Messaging feature, designed to make communication with your tenants and owners faster and more efficient.
With Bulk Messaging, you can now:
- Notify tenants and owners in bulk with a single message.
- Save time by reaching all the necessary recipients at once.
- Ensure consistent communication without the need to send individual messages.
Whether it’s a maintenance update, important notices, or general announcements, this new feature helps you keep everyone informed with ease.
How to send bulk messages:
1. Select Contacts

2. Click on the contact group you wish to send the bulk message to
You can send bulk messages to any Contact type or Group

3. Check the top tick box to select all records

4. Uncheck on any contacts you don't want to send the message to

5. Click on Send emails
You can also select to send an sms or letter

6. Add in the message details
Here you can attache a template if applicable or you can type the email 'On the fly'

7. Check / fin in your message content.
Don't forget to use merge tags on the right hand side of the screen!

8. Select to send email now, or click on Send later from Outbox
