You'll find on most records that they have a Change Log on the right hand pane. This is helpful in seeing who made what change and when.
It is important to note that change logs are limited to the last 3 months.
On most records, you'll see this underneath the 'related contacts' section on the right pane.
To view your accounts full change log follow the below steps:
1. Navigate to Reporting

2. Select Change log

3. This will bring up the accounts full change log, starting with the most recent changes

4. Scrolling across the table shows further columns with extra information and to view the full details you can click the blue hyperlink 'View details'

5. This will open up the changes full Audit log

6. To exit out of the full Audit log, click Okay
